An Important Message from Elite Learning

Elite Learning Students and Instructors:

Good morning.  I hope you’re doing well.  As you all know, the governor
announced yesterday that all Virginia schools will remain closed for the rest
of the school year.  Where does that leave Elite Learning?  We will continue
our courses!
Students taking Elite Learning courses earn college credit for
their coursework.  The community colleges are continuing their courses in an
online format as well.  We still want students to work diligently to earn
excellent grades because the grades will be on college transcripts.
Students without reliable Internet at home may want to speak to someone at
their school about Internet hot spots.  Most high schools and community
colleges have created Internet hot spots to allow students to sit in the
parking lot to work on their assignments.  I realize this isn’t an ideal
working environment but it is an option.

There will be some changes to the Elite Learning calendar.  Spring break has
been removed as well as final exams.  Courses will end on April 26 instead of
May 5.  Be sure to check your course calendar or due dates to see what changes
have been made.  If you have questions, you should contact your instructor.

I hope you have a blessed day.
Mrs. Stafford, Elite Learning Director
